Contact

Envelope is built and run by one person, and that person reads every email. Bug reports, questions, deletion requests, or a story about how your pool ended in a tiebreaker dispute: all welcome at cmtemkin+envelope@gmail.com.

Reporting a bug

A good bug report is a gift, and a great one includes three things:

  • Your pool code (the short code in your pool’s link) so the exact pool can be pulled up rather than guessed at.
  • What you were doing when it broke: filling a ballot, watching the leaderboard, printing a bingo card mid-commercial.
  • What you saw versus what you expected. A screenshot earns bonus points, and your device and browser never hurt.

What to expect

There’s no support team, ticket queue, or chatbot maze: just the person who wrote the code, reading the inbox. Replies usually land within a day or two. During a live ceremony, anything that breaks the show gets looked at first, for obvious reasons; everything else follows once the credits roll.

The fine print on names

Not affiliated with or endorsed by the Television Academy, AMPAS, the Recording Academy, or the Golden Globes. Award names are used descriptively.
